Greeting Cards
From Superkids by Jean Marzollo - Illustrations by Irene Trivas

Many of the activities on these pages may require adult supervision.
Be sure to tell a grown-up about what you're planning and ask for permission before getting started.

How to make your own

1. Pop-up Card

Plan your design ahead of time and draw it at the top of the inside of the card. Cut out the card, including the part that will pop up. Fold pop-up portion so that it will fold down when the card is closed and pop up when it is
opened.

2. Birthday Name Card

Fold a long piece of colored construction paper in half. With a fat marker write the birthday person's name, starting at the fold. If necessary, thicken the letters. Cut them out, cutting through the underneath piece of paper too. Open. Write your message inside.
