Birthday Parties For Children

FRUIT JUICE AND YOGURT POPSICLES

Fruit juice, any kind or combination of kinds. Use your imagination.

Small paper cups

Popsicle sticks. (You can buy them in art supply stores and many pharmacies.)

1. Place the cups in a baking pan.

2. Fill with juice.

3. Stick in popsicle sticks. If you want the stick to stand up straight in the center (not necessary), freeze juice in the cups until slushy, then insert sticks.

4. Freeze until firm.

5. To eat, peel the paper away.

YOGURT POPSICLES

Mix plain yogurt and frozen juice concentrate to taste. Freeze in paper cups with popsicle sticks.
