MAKE-YOUR-OWN ICE CREAM SUNDAES

Ice cream, various flavors
Sauces (hot fudge, butterscotch, strawberry)
Grated coconut
Colored sprinkles
Cherries
Whipped cream

HOT FUDGE SAUCE

In a heavy saucepan melt an 8-ounce package of chocolate chips, 1/2 stick butter, and 3 tablespoons milk. Stir and serve. Do not burn.

BUTTERSAUCE SAUCE

Use butterscotch chips and follow the procedure for Hot Fudge Sauce.

STRAWBERRY SAUCE

Thaw frozen sliced strawberries (the ones that have sugar added).

1. Place the ingredients on the table.

2. Ask the guests to help themselves.
