HOW TO PLAY

Establish a home base. It (the birthday child at first) is the Detective. The Detective counts to 60 out loud, as the other players hide. Then the Detective goes to find them. When the Detective comes on someone, that player tries to run back to base without being tagged. If the Detective tags the player, that player becomes a Detective. Eventually almost everyone is a Detective. The last one to be caught is the first Detective in the next game.
