Make a memorable cake. It may be the biggest cake in the world or the cake with the most candles. It may be a cake the birthday child decorates with candy and sprinkles. Or it may be that you give each child a cupcake to decorate with frosting, sprinkles, and candies set on the table. Afterward, you might have a contest and give awards of distinction to the children for their cupcakes: the funniest, the sloppiest, the neatest, the prettiest, the most decorated, the wildest, the most delicious-looking, and so on.
